phone screen + take home assignment + follow up interview will email communications in between. was a typical interview process for the position. i need thirty words minimum to complete this part of the section.

I interviewed with three members of the team, including a founding director. No one really wowed me with their experience or questions, and it wasn’t clear they knew what they were looking for in a candidate. The role itself supposedly needed to be filled urgently but they’ve been hiring someone for a year now. I never heard back after my third interview despite following up. Overall, a very negative experience and a shockingly unprofessional one.
