The interview process at Filevine was straightforward and professional. It started with a short recruiter screen about my background and interest in SaaS sales, followed by a hiring manager interview that focused on sales scenarios, role plays, and how I handle objections. The questions were clear and centered around problem-solving, pipeline management, and understanding of the legal tech space. Overall, the interview was friendly, conversational, and gave a good sense of the company’s culture and expectations for performance.

Interview process started out fine with a recruiter reaching out to me then I moved onto the second part of the interview where I met with two different individuals when I moved onto the third part of the interview and met with a senior account executive. Everything seemed fine however I was told a day later I did not get the job and asked for simple feedback from him and the recruiter and the previous Individuals I interviewed with and never heard a word back from them.
