I had 3 rounds: HR, written test, manager . Last round was cancelled twice and finally scheduled for just 15 minutes . I had applied for contract loading . Process run only in gurgoan. Manager was not in mood of hiring so he asked me all hospital question. I had informed multiple times, Am having experience in emergency physician . He can even tell me we don't hire for physician instead he asked all hosp. Questions. Might be, he himself don't have physician knowledge. Later asked me did you had experience in AR ..really.... 😠 That was worst experience with nthrive. I will never go for this organisation. I tried to explain this to HR , she even had a minute to take a call . They are not cooperative at all. I have applied in many organisation before and later. But never experienced anything like that. Because in healthcare hr and manager are really cooperative and supportive .
