After doing 5 interviews, spending hours on an Unpaid assessment and presentation for them they just ghosted, the process feels unprofessional and they don't give clear instructions or feedback which doesn't feel right after spending a lot of time during the process. We spent 1.5 Months doing all the interviews and assessment and then a 1 month later received the standard rejection email from their HR platform.
