Analysis and group tasks both straightforward and enjoyable. Interview used an external agency alongside an FCA employee and was poorly structured - they'd frequently ask questions that'd you'd already answered.

Entrevista
A series of online questionnaires, and hypothetical scenarios that you have to rank from 1-5 most likely/least likely. As is usually the case with Cappfinity. They offer plenty of practice and preparational materials to use before the questionnaires. The questionnaires themselves take 1-2 hours.
