An hour long interview. Both HR and boss was there. I had a initial phone screen then was invited for an in person interview in their main office. They asked about my personal values and why I would want to work for a small company.

Entrevista
Super long interview. The boss gives you a long speech about his company, core value, and operating business, and asks you many questions. Those questions are mostly behavior questions, easy to answer. The location of the company is good.
