You start with an online assessment for which you get roughly an hour to complete. After that if you are successful you will be contacted to talk over the next stage which is the interview itself. Interviews are ran by 3th party company, both people who interviewed me were amazing, happy and you could definitely tell that they were listening to what answers I was providing.
