The first stage was a written timed test online. It was a good way to test people’s thought process and written abilities. The only downside was no real feedback other than whether you got through or not.

The HR lady on the panel had poor interview etiquette. Whilst I was answering the questions she asked me, she interrupted me on multiple occasions saying "Okay, thank you" and "That's all from me", which I found particularly rude. She also asked me whether I would prefer a Permanent contract when the role I was interviewing for was a 6 month FTC, which I found highly inappropriate.
