I was called by phone about two weeks after applying, they asked me if I was still interested. After I while I got an email to meet in person. Had to travel to a very difficult to reach location. Then I was tested by HR. First they asked about myself then they performed a brief English test. Then I got a technical interview that leaned on what I knew and not what they were doing/need.
