I had the pleasure of meeting the company owner Folabi during the interview process. He was very friendly and professional, and he asked me relevant questions about my skills and experience. He also shared some insights about the company's vision and culture, which made me excited to work there. I was impressed by his leadership and personality. I would rate the interview as 5/5.

Entrevista
Short but mostly unpleasant - questioned about experience and interviewer focused on what I *dont* have experience in, rather than what I do. Didn’t ask any personal questions, pretty much went through my CV and told me why I appear to be unqualified for the position on paper. Unsure why I was offered an interview to be told this, but I got the job in the end anyway.
