Phone interview with internal recruiter. Second stage was a face to face interview with hiring manager. Very good interview which felt more like a discussion than a Q&A. Third stage was a presentation interview. This unfortunately didn’t go well. Hiring manager spent the entire presentation looking bored. The task set was somewhat pointless considering you can’t pitch a CRM strategy without a considerable amount of data analysis behind your thinking. Sometimes it feels like companies use these presentation tasks to get free consultancy work.
