Finesse expects strong Emerson DeltaV DCS experience for the candidates applying for Automation Engineer position. Well qualified candidates are screened through their resume and selected for telephonic interview with hiring manager. Candidates then needs to go through web based interview with one of the DeltaV experts at Finesse. Those who clear online interview then are called for onsite interview. Onsite interview is usually scheduled with 6-8 persons about 30-60mins each depending on the team candidate will work with upon hiring. usually within a week or two of interview, decision over candidate selection is made.
