There are two interviews in total.
First is an online interview with a current MAP in the human acquisition role.
Second round is with the CEO, director of MAP, and one other graduate of the MAP program. 1/2 hour each, total 1 1/2 hours.
I like that they were transparent when asked about KPIs and Job Scope. It's really not a financial advisor role if you apply for MAP, though the first rotation requires you to do financial advisory as this is their core business.
However, I thought certain practices were strange. They ask me to pay $30 to do a test called Strengthfinder. It's the first time a job interview asked me to fork out money for a test that they would like me to take. I searched online and found that the leaders here are "StrengthFinder" certified.. which leads me to wonder if they get a commission from asking job interviewees to take the test.. if not it is strange to ask interviewees to pay for a test that the company wants you to take, when you are just applying for a role.
Also, the CEO asks his staff, their impression of you, in front of you during the interview, which is rather odd. I have not experienced this in other interviews.
If they want you, the will get back to you quickly (they mention by the end of the first week but they got back to me the next day for round 1). Also, do prepare special questions to ask the CEO (it is emphasised by the employees multiple times) if you want to get the job.

Entrevista
First round was a group setting - candidates were all split into groups of 3 and told to prepare a presentation on a topic, and then present it one group at a time. Candidates that do well in this round proceed to one-on-one interviews in the afternoon.
