I was contacted within a couple days of submitting my application and requested a screening call. I replied confirming the day and time and did not receive a confirmation back. Instead, I was called later that day at a random time which I accommodated. I was told I would hear back about next steps in a couple days but did not.

1) Phone call with HR (learned more about the position, target salary, and high level culture) 2.) Video interview with HR & another team member (in-depth culture talks, learned more about the role) 3.) Final interview with CEO, department head and CPO (walked through portfolio, answered questions, talked about team culture and working dynamic) 4.) Offer call from HR - in this call they changed the title and salary 5.) Emails back and forth, New call from HR with updated offer.
