I went through 3 rounds of interviews, two 1:1 interviews (about 30 minutes- 1 hour each) and one 2-hour design challenge. Both 1:1 interviews were good with questions as expected and the design challenge was fairly vague (and probably intended that way). The role was for a part-time internship that only paid $20/hour, which is definitely on the low side. What I found most frustrating is that after all 3 interview rounds no one ever contacted me to tell me whether or not I got the role, which I think is a bit disrespectful of candidates' time. I was offered 2 roles at different companies so I didn't bother following up with them after not hearing back, so I am not sure what their response would have been.
