Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Finni Health.
Entrevista
1. Initial call with CTO to discuss the role & what they're looking for
2. Take home project that asks you to create a web application for patient intake form. They say it'd take around 4-6 hours however, with the vague information they provide, you'd have to talk back and forth to ask for more clarification (they ask you to act like a product manager while creating an entire app). The scope of this challenge is way bigger than 4-6 hour project.
3. Demo the project with the devs: The meeting was 45 minutes. Excluding the initial greets with the devs, it was way too short to really highlight what you've done for the take home challenge (will take more than 6 hours for sure). The CTO suddenly cuts off your demo since it's running out of time, and requests to ask questions to the devs, which felt a bit disoriented.
3. Leetcode style interview: Felt like this should come before the take home challenge
4. Talk with co-founders (including CTO): Typical behavioral interview
I received a request to share my references at this stage, however, the CTO said the rest of the devs would like to have a chat with me, and it should be more casual style chat. When they started asking me technical questions, it felt to me this was another round of interview.
After the last interview, they essentially have gone silent and have not responded to my email for status update. Although I enjoyed talking with everyone at Finni, it's very disheartening for me to dedicate 10+ hours of interview process and at the end of the day, they don't even have courtesy to let me know whether or not they'd like to proceed with an offer.
