HR ignored the requests and did not reply. 9) In two weeks, I followed with the hiring manager. 10) Manager scheduled a time for the call. I evaluated my schedule to be ready to provide the start date. 11) The hiring manager on the call explained that "it is so much is going on in the Company," and they reconsidered the position and put it on hold. Finning demonstrated little respect for the candidate.
