TLDR: I was ghosted with no rejection nor feedback after the second stage. First round was a with Head of Talent went well, we were a good match for each other. Immediately scheduled the next step, call with the CTO. The second round with the CTO felt good, he was nice, we had a good conversation. At that point I stopped hearing from them. No explicit rejection. I emailed them after a week asking for feedback, no response. I don't mind being unsuccessful, that's fair enough, but I find this way of handling candidates unprofessional.
