The interview process was structure, transparent and respectful. It included a phone screen followed by four rounds of interviews - one with an external recruiter, followed by an interview with the CEO, followed a group interview with other senior leaders in the company, followed by a more in-depth interview with the CEO and a non-executive director, the final interview was with the Chairman and members of the board.
The questions were thoughtful and aimed at understanding experience, skills and cultural fit.
I also needed to complete a psychometric test.
I found these all to be necessary steps in the interview process and it did not bother me at all.
