Ghosted after second stage- no feedback no nothing . In 2025 that’s incredibly poor- I can understand no contact from a cv submission but to have contributed 3 hours of my time to get nothing back says a lot. Interview themselves were fine and staff were polite: standard competency questions

I joined when the company was smaller so the process was more informal than it is today. I had 2-3 interviews and met a lot of the team members. Today we have a new process which includes a case study.
