I sent a polite follow-up email the following Tuesday, but did not receive a response to that either. Overall Impression: While the interview itself was pleasant and professional, the lack of communication afterward was disappointing. Timely feedback is essential for candidates, especially when a specific timeframe is promised. I hope the company improves its follow-up process, as it would enhance the candidate experience significantly.
