Phone interview which was only very slightly technical, more of a getting to know you thing. first in person interview, lasted 1-2hrs, met their CTO/CIO, and 2 senior tech guys- they grilled me pretty hard. Then there was a mind-numbing "cultures" excercise. I was polite and answered the questions with a smile, but I hate this. Their CEO came off as being very fake, possibly a former sales person. Final interview was with mostly the tech guys, they sat down and explained how the system looked, the CTO/CEO guy (Tom) came back and we discussed compensation. No pension and not very competitive salary, but aside from the culture questions the interview process was good.
