There was a short telephone interview, then I received the technical test over email and had time to work on it over the weekend. I was trying to change my field from database to back end, so basically I wasn't great at .NET. It was not good enough, but however, they sent me a detailed answer with feedback on how I should have done. I appreciated that a lot.

4 interviews (preliminary Skype call first and then 3 more face-to-face interviews and another skype call) over 5 weeks, good vibe, not too formal, no silly questions, a competency task in the beginning
