Took them 3 months to accept my application. They called went for interview got hired that day. Scheduled my urine screen the next day. And passed screen got hired started working a month later

They called me a few days after I applied, however, I did apply a day after the job was posted. They asked for my availability and we set a date for an interview. I took the offer right away! My recruiter made me very comfortable and was nice, I was excited during my interview.
