The interview process was fast, however, the owner was very meticulous about his questioning. The office was bit of a mess due to construction. The owner doesn't smile much, so it made the interview process a bit uncomfortable.

If a technician goes in to fix a problem, and it takes him 15 minutes to solve the problem, we bill the customer for 2 hours minimum. How many service calls can the technician make daily if we bill for 2 hours minimum?
