Entrevista
First, an initial phone screening was conducted by a HR representative from the company. It was very low key and did not last longer than 25 minutes. I was then asked to fill out an online personality assessment and asked to come onsite for my second interview (a 1:1 with one of the company's most senior executives. The interview lasted between 1-2 hours. I was given an opportunity to ask as well as answer questions. We also reviewed the results of my personality assessment. A few days later, I was contacted by HR to request that I come back onsite for a 3rd interview, this one in front of a group/panel. The group/panel consisted of 5 or 6 members of the team I would ultimately join (if offered). The group was a mix of senior management and other analysts. Again, for upwards of an hour, I answered questions and I asked them. This interview style was my favorite as it gave us a feel for how well we might mesh with one another as a team. I appreciated the opportunity to meet more than 1 or 2 people. From beginning to end, the interview process took between 3-4 weeks. At that point I received a job offer, which I subsequently accepted.
