These guys invite you to an “interview” and when you get there you’re greeted by a sign with a derogatory term on their wall and a bunch of other candidates for your position…. Surprise!! This “interview” is actually a group session where they say that they’ll eliminate candidates gradually over a three stage period. Nobody was given any prior warning that this would be the progress so naturally all 9 candidates were surprised. One smelt a rat and left before the process began. Then some guy who doesn’t work for the business asks us all 3 basic questions which we had to go around the room and answer 1-by-1. After these 3 questions he said he will go and take a break. He then comes back 5 minutes later to advise us with a great big smirk on his face that we were all eliminated and were dismissed. I kid you not. Biggest waste of time ever, avoid this company at all costs. I think their sign in the office is very ironic. And I haven’t even mentioned the candidate who kept being attacked by the company dog! Shambolic.
