During Covid. Whole process was online, no onsite interviews. Interviewed with various levels I would be interacting and working with in the role. Interview process started with Talent Acquisition and then team members. Mix of individual and panel interviews.

Entrevista
Disorganised with poor communication. HR phone screening, hiring manager’s interview, then confirmation they’ll be in touch shortly with the next steps. With that, interviews with several stakeholders scheduled, then cancelled without explanation. After 2 weeks of chasing - regret to inform we went with another candidate. Got an impression that the whole company is run in a similar fashion - no coherence and no processes in place.
