The initial rounds of interviews were good. the interviewer came after i did. he was late by 30 minutes. the HR was friendly but clueless about my goals and even my educational qualifications. the interview went well though. i was not called for any feedback. i called them a multiple times and then got a affirmative answer

There is 4 round interview process which seemed highly unnecessary and time consuming for all parties involved. It was unorganized and clearly just used for filler. The interviewers seemed unprepared and had no clear execution plan on how they wanted the interview to go
The interview wasn't exactly a breeze but not too difficult either. The atmosphere was formal yet friendly. There were many rounds beginning with a phone screen all the way up to a group/panel. Prepare well and it should be alright.

the interview process was great. It was straight forward and quick as well. It checked both technical and managerial qualities. The management is really good and candid. I recommend First Advantage. The opportunities are also great.
