If passed, you will receive a call from HR Manager to schedule a video interview in Teams. The video interview was 30-60 mins and asked a variety of questions. If you pass that, they’ll call to make you a verbal offer. Where it gets tedious is the background check. The company will conduct a 7 year employment history check. This is redundant and not necessary for a customer service role. If they’re unable to verify employment or education your offer will be rescinded.
