Current issues needing to be addressed as well as what fit they are looking for. What is disappointing and prompting the critical review is the recruiting and the lack of communication. In 2021, there are many more organizations offering remote opportunities. This org sent me a request in LinkedIn directly. I did not seek their employment. They wasted my time prodding for information and know how while telling me the need was urgent to fill the position. Two weeks passed without a word. When I inquired about the status, was told the position will no longer be remote, instead onsite in OH. Flippantly, I was asked if relocation was an option. I guess this is recruiting in 2021. No regard for candidates time and no professionalism. While being told, "thanks for checking in". Thankfully, this was a bullet dodged.
