Entrevista
The interview was pretty cut and dry, I felt like they were looking more for a person whose personality was more of a fit than what their capabilities of doing the job were. I was not told at the time what the job position was. The people who interviewed me did not know what the pay was going to be for the position. It was quite confusing...the interviewees were late for their interview with me. After I accepted the job I found out that this is just how they operate, so I didn't take it personally. I only had one interview and was hired on the spot and given a start date and filled out my new hire paperwork. When I was in the building interviewing, the receptionist asked me if I was going to be the next ex-office manager. I had to assume from that question that there had been many more before me. I found out later that there were 3 other people in that position the 8 months prior to me. My perception of Management at the time was that they needed someone ASAP to get a grip on the business, because they even seemed to be Aloof during the interview, I use that word to describe them because they appeared to conduct themselves in a manner that someone had left them high and dry and they were grasping at straws for an immediate solution.

Do you believe that this is a job that you can handle without the assistance of someone training you??
