I made an online application with my attached resume and three days later I received a call for interview. They were looking for someone to work part time to speak Spanish and English and have experience as a medical assistant. My interview lasted 30 minutes and the doctor asked me about my experience working as an assistant director in stores and also on my education in medicine because I had graduated in that time.
I had no experience working as a medical assistant but my knowledge in the medical field and my skills in marketing, promotion, sales and working with the public were the qualities to get the job.
My second interview was to take my documents, be introduced into the office and start taking my training and being part of the office.
