Interview was very relaxed. First meeting was with HR Manager for 30 mins then with head of department for next hour. Really just wanted to get to know the interviewee and relevant experience and background, why he/she would be a good addition to the team, why the interviewer should invite you back for second interview. Second interview was with the relevant team, they asked the interviewee questions and left plenty of room for interviewee to ask questions about the team, job, and company.
