The first round was a phone screen with an HR employee, the second round was with the hiring manager, and the third round was with the financial advisors that you will work with. I don’t think the third round is really necessary, but I did learn more about how the company functions and some of these reviews are not wrong. The company definitely lacks clear structures and procedures as well as up-to-date technology systems.
