The hiring manager interviewed me. Standard interview questions. It took about 45 minutes. The interview focused on work experiences with long distance companies and on local telco access. The HR department contacted me and set up the interview time. The hiring manager asked standard type questions like biggest challenge, a time when things didn't go as planned, what are strengths and weaknesses, etc. then the more job related questions.
