When applying for a role there is a three stage process:
Technical Interview
HR Interview
Cognitive quiz (at least twenty questions)
Then they let you know if you have been successful.
Remember that interview questions will vary dramatically in a finance director interview.

Not very techinal, i did a placement interview and had to do a short exam which wasn't very hard and then had 2 interviews with HR which where ok. Got offered a full time job when my placement was over so didnt have to do a graduate interview

I applied online and got a 30 minutes telephone interview. The interviewer is friendly. she just asked me some simple general quesitons, like my background, language abilities and so on. No technical questions.

First there was a phone interview and then a more competency based interview over Zoom. Make sure you know a lot about the company itself, and the basic structure of kdb.
