Very easy and straight to the point. Salary, benefits, expecations were made clear from the get-go. All of my questions were answerred and the hiring manager was very nice. I was also given a very clear idea of what the day to day tasks on the job would look like which was really helpful.

I was called to come in for a group interview with 30 minutes notice in the early evening. The call came about 15 minutes after I sent the application. Rescheduling to a more reasonable time was not presented as an option. I was told to wait in a meeting room with a few other people. After about an hour of waiting, the interviewer came in and expressed clear anger/annoyance that we hadn't filled out the papers sitting in the middle of the table. We were never actually instructed to do this. Other interviewees were singled out and scrutinized for filling it out too slowly. We were then asked to read the script, and the feedback that we all received appeared to be annoyance. Some pointed, almost hostile comments were made regarding our script readings. I was offered the job and called in for a larger group orientation (8-10 people). We were all crammed into a tiny conference room, elbow to elbow. Social distancing was impossible here. Myself and a few others were then sent home about 2 hours into the orientation, and told that while we're not fired, we're "on reserve for the time being." No real explanation was given for this. We were eventually called in later, though the interviewer expressed annoyance that I didn't just know to come in the day before. He insists he left a voicemail and called several times, but I received no such calls, or emails, or verbal instruction prior to being put on reserve.
