The first interview was really nice. I interviewed with a HR staff, Communications Specialist and Manager Director of Operations on an online meeting. People were very kind and helpful. A couple of days after the first interview, they told me they wanted me to complete a design project and make a presentation about it so they can make a decision between the candidates. One day after the presentation, they said they are between two last candidates and they wanted me to do another graphic design project without a presentation. After the evaluation, they sent me an email asking for my references. I sent the contract info of my references. But all of sudden, they didn't call my references and stopped contacting me. I sent them an email and they answered it days later which said they offered the job to the other candidate. It is totally okay but very rude to ignore me after making me work on their assignments more than 12 hours. I also asked them what happened and why they did not contact my references they did not answered me.
