Within 48 hours of posting my credentials an HR rep contacted me to setup a time for a telephone screening. After reviewing my background they were upfront that I was over qualified for the posted position and inquired if I would consider relocating as they have openings in other provinces that were more in line with my experience. After a brief discussion about salary and cost of living differences I agreed to have my information forwarded to the management staff of that site.
