The interview was flexible, more of a fluid conversation than a formal Q&A. Usually the interview will be with either the HR head or the department head (or both), depending on the role and whether you are applying to a branch or corporate. These aren't terribly difficult interviews, but you should be prepared to talk about yourself, your experience, and why you would be a good fit for the job. You should also be prepared to ask intelligent questions about the company, role, and industry.
