Asked me a bunch of questions regarding customer service. Job description is misleading. This job is basically taking telephone inquieres and walking customers through step by step to set up their online banking account or help them out if they are having trouble using it. Told me it was usually old people.

I had a phone interview with a woman located in San Francisco. The questions were general customer service questions. She was very nice. After that I was asked to come for an in-person interview where I met with about 5 different people all very nice. Same general customer service questions.

Entrevista
The whole process was very disorganized. I had to call them to ask when was my first day. I did not receive my offer letter until 2 days prior to me starting.
