Entrevista
At first I met with 5 people on the team and it was mostly conversation seeing if I was a good fit for the team. Everyone was very easy to talk to and just wanted to hear your views on customer service and how much value you would be able to add to the team.
This seemed like a friendly team. They seemed like really nice, supportive people. Everyone said they like working there because of the culture. Bonus point is HR is very efficient and responsive.

Great company, long interview process but excellent culture. Important to be proactive in asking questions and you need to be able to collaborate to succeed. You’ll probably end up going through 4-7 rounds.
