Was contacted by a recruiter and promptly scheduled w 4 Employees over the course of 2 hours. Spent 2 hours answering the same question to 4 people, none of whom were in the room together. Did not get any follow up or feedback or even an email or a phone call. When I followed up with the recruiter 2 weeks later got an automatic message indicating that the recruiter was no longer with First Republic Bank and to contact a generic email. Followed up w the generic email and got a bland response that they were sorry and would follow up with the hiring manager and get back to me. Never got a response. Never, in my 25 years in the industry, have I ever experienced this level of dysfunction/lack of response. Given that they could have had 4 people in 1 30 minute time slot all asking the same questions at the same time, it would have been less of a waste of my time but add to the fact that I was there for 2 hours answering the same question 4 times and never got a response and yet their motto is 'building relationships', I would gather that this way of working creates cultural issues within the Company. Not a good sign.

Great long process multiple interviews this bank is no longer in business brought by chase. Former employees are scattered throughout footprint no other banks around that are like first republic bank

Entrevista
Phone screen, manager call, 2 panel rounds of 3 people each for 30 minutes. Well organized for different themes. Recruiter moved through and scheduled quickly so it was very smooth and well organized overall.

Lengthy process with over 6 people across 4 weeks so be prepared. The bank is known for having a slow process for hiring but it results in very low turnover
