Approached by a recruiter who would call nonstop until you answered the phone regardless if it was outside of working hours. Was not briefed by the recruiter that 9 out of the 9 people who interviewed me in the final in person round had to approve me for the position. Ended up being the only candidate left in the process and still not receiving the position because 8 / 9 people said yes but 1 person said no due to having not enough time spend in the private sector. It was an entry level position and I had 1 year at a private sector and 2 in the public.
