There was a phone call with a recruiter, and then three rounds on interviews (two manager rounds, and one team round). It was mainly behavioral, and not so technical. They also broke down the role, and offered different career pathways from this role.

Entrevista
Fairly straightforward interview process, starting with a quick call with Talent Acquisition rep. Followed by an in person interview with managers to see which team would be the best fit. Final interview is with the FAs/team, and then a call with HR to negotiate salary/comp.
Three or four rounds of interviews with the VP and current associates, timely response from the HR team overall process took about 5 weeks from the first round to the final decision. Very friendly and professional tone. Mostly behavioral questions as this is an entry-level position.
