A phone interview followed up with a face to face. The director was nice but the overall lead was a very nasty person. I would not have accepted the job if I had any idea how difficult the team lead was to work with. Less than parr enviornment.

Entrevista
The whole process took about 2-3 weeks. After a brief 30 min interview over the phone a week later I was then invited into the office for a formal interview. I had 3 separate 30 minute interviews back to back to back that same morning. After that I received a call the next day and the formal acceptance emailed over for review. Roundtable training for a week began the following pay period.

Entrevista
Brief and non detailed. The company is desperate to hire anybody. The company is full of incompetent paper pushers who do not leave the office. Hence they have no understanding of the situations they put the service tech in. When there is an issue the company turns a blind eye and fires people often so as to not upset the end user, however there no longer a service tech to the job. Th management really has no clue what they are doing. I was physically harassed at a service call. I reported it and they did nothing. Beware of this company. RUN DON'T WALK FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
