A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. We had what I thought was a good phone screen and I was told I would be contacted for an interview in two days. I reached out to confirm and was essentially ghosted. Not the most professional in my opinion.

Had 4 interviews with different team members. Was supposed to meet with CEO, was waiting for 20 min in the zoom and he just never showed up. Super unprofessional. When asked admin what happened, she said they decided I wasn’t the right fit. The right way would be cancelling interview and they didn’t. Complete waste of my time
