The hiring process is very straight forward. You do a phone interview which is very basic and simply covers your personality.The second and third interviews are in person one after another on the same day in which they run through your resume and qualifications and why you want to work there. They are very friendly throughout the process and try to ensure the interviews run no more than an hour in total.

Recruited on campus for this specific position. Entire process took about 2 weeks. Interview lasted for about twenty five to thirty minutes. Interview was focused on being a banking officer at a retail branch location.
