Worst recruitment process I have ever seen. I was called thrice and every time was kept waiting for 2-3 hours even when there were no other candidates. The HR says I have cleared all the rounds but the vacancy is on hold now. I don't understand why do they interviewd then?

Moderately difficult interview, mostly related to SQL, Power BI, Excel, Guesstimate Questions and some GCP familiarity, followed by some puzzles along with a pre interview assignment. Interview process was smooth, some grilling on the resume details.
